Workshop: Fun with fresh milk - Sunday the 25th of August

Annie and her husband Phil run the Whangaripo Buffalo Cheese Company.

From their spray and pesticide free farm they supply top New Zealand restaurants with buffalo

cheese and milk. 

In this workshop Annie will cover the different ways to use fresh milk - ice cream, soap, 

fresh cheese....

Workshop: Masterclass in knives - Sunday the 8th of September

Michael Bernard will be back at the Smoko Room on Sunday the 8th of September at 4pm to 

take a masterclass in knives. 

He will cover how to choose, sharpen and look after a knife.

Every participant will go into the draw for a knife to bring home.

22nd of August from 5pm till 8pm. They will serve their delicious gluten free Italian food 

from their truck in the courtyard.
