Aotearoa IPA Series

The Sawmill Aotearoa Series has attracted a cult following over the last 16 months and since a few months we’ve also introduced a selection in 440ml cans.

The first series of its kind to celebrate exclusively New Zealand hops and malts. It’s about the people that bring beer to life – the farmers, growers, brewers and how New Zealand punches well above it’s weight internationally in the beer we brew. A new beer every month. Always different and always from Aotearoa.

Number #19 will be available from the 18th of March. A Hazy IPA with big punchy grapefruit and lime from the New Zealand grown experimental hop NZ101 and Motueka with yeast from local innovators Froth. The best of Aotearoa in this juicy hazy IPA.
