CRYSTAL WHEAT BEER
Named ‘Crystal’ because of its unique colour qualities, this beer is made to the brewer’s own special recipe. Light straw in appearance with a foaming white head, this beer has unique citrus flavours. There is a hint of spice and a mild bitterness coupled with a medium hoppy aroma. A refreshing drink that can be enjoyed with a squeeze of lime juice and an ideal accompaniment to fish. 4.5% alcohol by volume.

BLADE PILSNER
A distinctive, flavoursome beer that ‘sharpens’ the appetite. This is a traditional Bavarian lager using Pilsner malt and European hop varieties. Golden in colour, with a creamy head, round fruity flavours, lasting hop aroma and mild bitterness. This pilsner is a good ‘all rounder’ and easily enjoyed with a curry or spicy foods. 4.5% alcohol by volume.

LEIGH PALE ALE
Named after the unique fishing village at Cape Rodney, the home of the Sawmill Brewing Company, this beer is based on an India Pale Ale style and is brewed to reflect a traditional London Ale. Mid-amber in colour with tones of caramel this ale has a round mouth feel, with slight bitterness followed by a finish of good hop notes. This is an ideal session beer that can be enjoyed with many foods, including pizza, breads, cheeses and snacks. 4.5% alcohol by volume.

THORNYCROFT DARK ALE
This ale takes its name from the sturdy old Thornycroft engine in the grounds of the Sawmill Café. Strong in flavour and colour, this typical dark ale is styled on the English Porter. It has deep copper hues, generous toasted malt flavours and a mild bitterness with a lasting hoppy finish. This is ale to be savoured. It makes an ideal accompaniment to roast or barbequed red meats and is ideal for marinade or as an addition for casserole or slow cooking recipes. 4.5% alcohol by volume.

A complex blend of four malts combined with a duo of traditional hop varieties. Rich, warm roasted caramel and toffee notes with a lasting finish and smooth mouth feel. For serious lovers of fine ales. ‘Strong, dark and handsome’. 6.5% alcohol by volume.
